General Mills engaged our full innovation process to bring fresh ideas to the crowded kid snack category.

We began with a customized trend-spotting fieldtrip to uncover powerful insights and opportunities in the marketplace. We played. Laughed. Imagined. Next, we conducted opportunity identification groups where kids provided first-hand insights into their desire for fun during snack time.

Primed to ideate, our diverse team, including veteran Spark Network specialists, created new-to-the-world forms, flavors, and ways of snacking. Sparks were flying. And an astounding number of concepts emerged.

Following the ideation session, we further refined and optimized our innovations. In the end, we crafted a full pipeline of hot new products ready for consumer testing.
