and facilitation skills

As part of their global innovation initiative, Solvay engaged us to train a diverse group in the art of brainstorming facilitation, and to help infuse their corporate culture with creativity and innovation.

In our two-day, hands-on training, we taught our powerful techniques and proven processes to a group of 20 facilitators. We helped customize Solvay’s Ideation Flash Sessions and integrate ideation output into their innovation project management software.

In the end, we helped create a team of confident facilitators who consistently lead successful brainstorming meetings. And we helped raise the innovation bar at Solvay.
